For over 30 years, we have been investing in and managing credit portfolios, working with banks and international financial institutions across Europe, through the acquisition of their non-performing loans. At the same time, we stand with consumers and small businesses in situations of financial difficulty, offering sustainable, long-term repayment plans that enable them to meet their commitments.

In 2014, Hoist Finance acquired TRC SpA, one of Italy's leading companies specializing in the purchase and management of NPL portfolios. Over the years, it has further strengthened its position, becoming a leading partner for banks and financial institutions.   Today, Hoist Italia employs 250 people and operates through its offices in Milan, Rome, and Lecce, consolidating its role as a leader in the credit management market.

Our story

Hoist Finance was founded in 1994 with the ambition of helping people recover from their financial difficulties (“hoist” means to relieve). Our goal is to help people regain their financial stability. We are a regulated credit company, supervised by the Swedish Financial Markets Authority (SFSA), and operate in 14 European countries. Our stock is listed on the Nasdaq in Stockholm.
