In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, the absolute confidentiality of the reporter, the facilitator, and the people involved in the report is guaranteed. In the case of anonymous reports, it is not possible to trace the identity of the reporter.
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, reporters can also use the external channel made available to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) using the following link: https://whistleblowing.anticorruzione.it/#/ in the cases indicated below:
- the reporting person has already made an internal report and the report has not been followed up;
- the reporting person has reasonable grounds to believe that, if he were to make an internal report, it would not be effectively followed up or that the same report could determine the risk of retaliation;
- the reporting person has well-founded grounds for believing that the infringement may constitute an imminent or obvious danger to the public interest.
